Everyone seems to be getting caught up in what everyone else is doing. I think Jwalsh is the only one pointing out what his guild is doing, rather than commenting on others. Bottom line is, if you don't want to do ranked, don't join a team doing ranked. Anyone expecting to be guaranteed a win in ranked will have to find themselves 15 other people to play with to organize it. It's amazing the replies on this thread. These people wont do ranked, these people do ranked with their guild, they try their best when doing ranked.
For the people wondering, 1 ranked comm = 3 normal therefore 60 ranked (loss) = 180 normal.

Best explains everything... As i kept on explaining... Its all for the comms, been doing this inhouse bbc pug pvp for 5 days now.. And the last voidstar was the issue... We didnt even have daf on the group and all the matches were well fought.. There wasnt any stomping

Let me clear it that we dont give a @:@!;\+~* about ratings.. Its all comms at this stage, imagine the number of ranked games the NA servers are doing, we are so far behind the gear, ranked is the best way to gear up and so i try to organize a inhouse pub ranked meaning its an organized groups against obviously my guildies, we had boil at one stage then hello logged in, obviously i will give hello boils spot.. Then daf left an cort replaced her. Simple fact is that you still get more comms than on a normal warzone. No ego was shattered since we tried controlling the game.. We cant split the guild coz as a guild we want everyone to be able to achieve maximum comms hence we are a guild .. The benefit you get from being in one i guess.. Its just like complaining how premades are in a normal warzone.. You get stomped and then you whinge about it.. We lost to snx and temp mixed pig the other night and it was part of it.. We still got comms and it was all fun
