That's fine,

First goto

C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\Assets/swtor_main_anim_humanoid_bfns_1.tor file and delete this file

Make sure no patch folders exist and try again.

If that fails open a command prompt as administrator and run chkdsk c: /f

Here is the chkdsk info, since what you had me do didnt work. I will note instead of getting to 12% and then restarting the install and cut the install at about 5% and then went into repair.

Chkdsk says all is good, so that is good.

Have you tried booting up in safe mode with networking and see if it persists ?

Yep did that yesterday as well since it was suggested in other threads as well.

No OC on the ram at all ?

Only thing left really without going over steps again to see if something was missed

A. copy the folder from another computer that downloaded fine

B. Run Memtest 86+ across the RAM
