To the guy going on about how "you can't notice the difference between 50ms and 150ms with the gcd", perhaps not in reaction time of your character, no. But in terms of being able to react to what another player is doing in PVP and alter your actions accordingly it's *quite* noticeable. In PvP it's often about timing your actions, not keeping your character on GCD permanently.

Four days from Amazon to my door which I see as outstanding! Check the tracking details for your package on your Amazon account. It will show you exactly where it is.

It feels different.. A LOT different. Play on a crap ping sometime and you will see what i mean.

To me the best think about having an oceanic server would be the hope that it would not go down for maintenance during the middle of our peak time like it did last night.

To me the current maintenance shedule is Anti oceanic players and late night american players. Brings me back to the days of playing Warhammer online and losing 1 night a week due to the servers being offline for maintenace.

Seems to me it would be cheaper for Bioware to do server maintenace early morning US time like 8-9AM start like Rift does, means all the oceanic players get to play their peak times and would be cheaper for Bioware labourwise not having to pay people to work in the middle of the night.

I read rumors that the servers that will become Oceanic are the PvP server Swiftsure, and the other two PVE servers The Harbringer andJekk'Jekk'Tarr. Considering many of the Aussies came to those servers, it seems like the whole world has too. So hopefully there will be actual Oceanic servers and free transfers. But i must also add, it is kind of annoying too. There are many servers there with Light and Standard load, yet everyone flocks to the three servers that are said to become Oceanic and where most of the Aussies went to. Why?

Will my brother be able to create a toon on Jekk'Jekk when he receives his copy in the next couple of weeks? Or will they need to LOCK the server due to the massive overload?

Well we Aussies had a forum and we sort of made a "promise" to go to these 3 servers when the game is released.

Of course, we didn't know these 3 servers were some of the popular ones too late to change
