Please tell me that this is due to the maintenance. I have been moved from subscriber to preferred. Apparently a majority of my credits are in some sort of escrow account and I can only activate 6 toons. If I try to resubscribe it tells me there is maintenance on SWTOR.com so I am hoping that is the cause of this debacle. What I need to know is when the maintenance is over will I get it all back?

I am having the same issue. Apparently the EA billing office can't be accessed right now. I didn't login all the way, but I went from subscriber to preferred.

Not cool and not happy.
