Thread full of people who haven't seen any SW equipment outside of the movies- and even then have ignored a lot of it.

Most of this stuff looks pretty on par for Star Wars, and pretty decent, almost every class has at least one armour set that I could see myself wanting to wear, so I'd say they did a pretty good job.

Yes- helmets suck, but that's a freaking inevitability in mmos- and the reason there's a hide helmet option.

They are nice IMO, theres others that I like but the Jedi Knight's gear is pretty nice.

the Underworld/Conqueror stuff doesn't look bad, and the Arkanian/Partisan would be fine if not for the fact that it makes it look like the char is pregnant/has a massive beer gut.

The rep stuff looks awesome - like battle gear an army might actually WEAR :P

The Sith Inquis stuff is SO cool! The guardian Underworld Challenger/Vindicator/War Leader/Weaponmaster looks like a hybrid of Commando and Jedi gear

Though I hope they release a hoodless version in the c-market...

And there's the trooper and smuggler gear - never mind the assassin armored trench coat... WOO!!!

I think the new sets look awesome mostly, great work EA/BW! Guess you just can't please some people.

They should've made hoods separate head pieces for those new armors... Would solve most issues. -_-

How would that have worked? Hoods detachable? The clipping and animation issues alone...

Jedi Knight stuff is awesome! Much better than armor we have now. Only thing that is missing is a cape - then it would look almost like Obi-Wan's armor from Tartakovsky's Clone Wars.

Apart from helmet Sith Warrior looks fine - although nothing what a Sith Lord would wear - more like another sith combatant of no importance.

Agent and Smuggler is decent - nothing sepcial but not bad either.

Trooper looks okay, so does BH, I think I prefer their current gear though (to be honest, they had best armor at launch in my opinion)

SI is a joke, it always has been. Consular on the other hand finaly gets robes that work on both male and female (still could be better though, pregnant jedi lol) .

ugh, terrible looking. But by compairing them to what we have now as end-game armor these probably do look awesome to some.
