Problem with Secruity key

Was signed in earlier today and was able to play fine with no problems. Now I cannot log into the game or my account through the web page. Keeps saying, we cannont find your secruity key. I do have a secruity key app on my smart phone. I have tried several times with no luck. Just wondering what the problem is.

Same problem here. It actually reassures me that it isnt just me. I was concerned for a bit that my account details had been compromised and changed.

Hi Imaxum,

It looks like you have been hit with a bug that we are investigating.

I don't have an ETA, but we are workign to fix this ASAP.

In the meantime a "workaround", such as it is, is to call our Account & Billing department and removing the key until this issue is resolved.

Sorry that I can't do more on this through the forums, and thanks for the post.

On a related note. I usually count on the extra 100 cartel coins I receive for using the security key.
Can we still expect these to arrive?

It's already an inconvenience that we don't have the 1hr CD fleet pass anymore

I did try calling support yesterday 40 minutes of wait time later I gave up

Ok I have waited several hours and still a no go on being able to play. Let alone being able to access my account. This seems to be a pretty severe issue with several players. Yet the only work around is to remove the secruity key bound to the account. I'm hoping that this would be a top priority fix over anything else and somekind of update as to what is going on would be given.

I've also been hit with this problem, I'd rather not remove the security key since I've heard that's an extreme hassle, been using this since launch and never had any problem before.

40 minutes on hold to reach a CSR, and then the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

EA/Bioware, please, HIRE MORE CS REPS!

However, the guy was polite, professional, and was able to remove the security key so I can log into my account.

But 40 minutes on hold is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.
