Just saw that my cc balance shows the purchase I made 90 minutes ago. No in-game notification, just kept on checking the cc balance.

I also had this happen, and I was one of the ones who called in and waited for an hour on hold to talk to an agent. After getting a "call back tomorrow, goodbye" response I am seriously wondering how much Bioware as a company cares about customer service. My time is important, at least to me, and being on hold for an hour to be told to do the same thing tomorrow is not acceptable. First time fixes are key when dealing with my real life cash. I can wait on in game currency issues but with real cash I imagine people will be less forgiving.
