It IS an ISP issue, it is one of the jumps right before the east coast servers. If you tracert the crap out of the server you will get requests to time out consistently in the same place and it is NOT the SWTOR servers.

Keep blaming the game developer and publisher and ignoring the actual problem. Facts > perception, unfortunately perception = reality.

It definitely seems to be this one node, but what is there that anyone can do about it?

This is absolutely one of the most idiotic responses I have ever seen. If this actually was a problem with the way ISPs are routing to the SWTOR servers, shouldn't BIOWARE be calling the ISPs?!?

Good thing BW's solution is for us to call our own ISP instead of BW calling, you know, theirs.
