Can't use cartel shop unlocks

So I bought a few of the cartel shop unlocks from a friend since my subscription was going to run out (and it has now), but only one of them works. I bought:

Weekly Warzone pass.
Weekly operations pass
Artifact Equipment authorization (account)

However, the operations pass and the artifact equipment authorization are grayed out and telling me I already have them unlocked on that character, even though I don't.

Since I'm no longer a subscriber, I can't send an in-game ticket, so I have to post this here and hope it gets read and fixed...
