For the second month in a row, I have not received my monthly subscriber allowance on my account. Last month's allowance was only posted after I sent an email to Customer Service, a week or more after my guildmates received their allowances. Like them, I have been playing and subscribed since beta.

Is this because I opted for a multi-month subscription? If so, why was I not awarded the entire 1800 CC allowance for the subscription period at the initial dispersion of CC funds? I actually prefer to have the 'allowance' awarded in monthly increments, if I have a choice.

It does not seem to be just multi-month subs... I subscribe on a month by month basis and am having the same problem.

Ditto. I got the notice on January 13th that my account was going to continue the same payment method as I had established. Been about 2 weeks since the notice that my bank account was charged and money was transferred to EA/Bioware for my monthly subscription but still no Cartel Coins, I got my Security key ones at the time but that is it.

We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We apologize that this has still not been resolved, but we are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Sill have not received mine either. Bill date is the 18th. It is now the 25th.

After you get the Cartel Market going for all your free to play guys! Now we get to sit here with no response on why this is happening again until either Sunday or Monday when you guys tell us to check again after tues patch. At which point you will have more new exciting offers on the market but still can't figure out why all of your monthly subs who aparently mean nothing to you guys anymore, still dont have there coins.
Im part of Generation X the generation that was supose to wreck it all. Sure glad thats where i am instead of Generation Y - as in Why cant i just have that without doing anything for it.

I've gotten mine on the 21st each of the last 2 months... and nothing so far

I'd sure think this would be a priority fix for them. But then again, what do I know.

this will probably go down as another bug they wont fix such as the codex, twi'lek hoods, so on and so forth. It's a year old and we're still seeing bugs that were present on launch day.
