Hi, this week our guild came back to doing ops after a holiday break and we noticed Stormcaller is doing 2 double destructions before the defensive shield phase. Anyone know if this is a confirmed bug?

Not a bug. Defensive phases happen each time one of the bosses gets to the next 20% (so 80, 60, 40, 20), while double destruction is on a timer. So getting two double destructions means you aren't getting them killed fast enough to trigger defensive before the second one casts.

This. Your DPS was too low.

The above are correct. It's your DPS. We normally put 3 DPS on stormcaller and only the runner on firebrand to make sure there's only 1 double destruction.

Just have three DPS at the start of the fight until the first DD comes, then you can have two on each boss, Stormcaller should be about 10% ahead from that moment until the fight is over.
