I recently filed an in-game ticket for some Account-wide Cargo Bay unlocks not working.

Response:
"The Unlocks from the GTN were infected by a nasty bug from some disgruntled GTN workers who were recently flogged for not working hard enough.
The scoundrels!"

Haha. The response time for answering in-game tickets has considerably slowed from the first couple months the game was out, but the eventual resolution has always been and continues to be great. That's much appreciated. Thanks guys.

At least you get a legitimate answer, I've filed two tickets regarding losing stuff in the rollback and gotten 2 copy paste responses. One for standard technical issues with links to guides and the other with the standard "We only support class missions, sorry, try this stuff."
