6. Updates to the Service; Notices.

Terms of Service for new TOR Services and important changes to existing services will be posted at the TOR site. You agree to check here periodically for new information and terms that govern your use of TOR Services. BioWare and LucasArts reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. Revisions to terms affecting existing TOR Services shall be effective thirty (30) days after posting the new Terms of Service. Terms for new TOR Services are effective immediately. If you do not agree to the new terms, or to any of the terms in this Terms of Service, your only remedy is to not use TOR Services and to cancel your Account or applicable subscriptions.
The last sentence of that is the key, instructive part.

I can understand most complaints on this forum even if i don't totally agree with them. But not this one.
There was an example provided for you but not a good one. here's a good one that actually happened.

Purchase cartel coins on market. got my coins and thought everything was fine. What EA decided to do was bill my bank account TWICE of a single transaction. Had to call customer service because that's illegal. They said the bank should have ignored the second claim and it should come off my account, thereby releasing the funds.

Wait are there people that don't use cell phones or have cell phones that actually charge for long distance? Seems like a problem few people would run into, but maybe that's just me.

Erhm, that's what I was thinking. We use our cell phones, which doesn't charge past what we pay each month for service. Unlimited calls, to boot. Mind you, we pay alot, I think, for our service. But it's been ages since I've worried overmuch about whether any particular company has a toll-free number or not, shrug.

Weird.

I don't have a land line anymore either. BUT.... my land line I did have was like $30 a month to call anywhere....

My cell service is roughly the same, if you break it down by how many I have on my plan.

Another but...... I still feel they should have a toll free number to call IF someone needs to call. ( not the ones who call for the littlest things that are something really not needing a cs phone call for.)

MOST companies have a toll free cs number. ( not talking about just MMOs)

I know people wont believe this, so go look up some places like Sears...... Macy's .... Napa.... those are just a few.

Reasons for them being toll free............ Because you are calling about an ISSUE with something that is THEIR fault. ( well suppose to be their fault... we know that is not always the case.)

IMO this should be a free call..... EVEN though It costs me NOTHING to call them now due to my carrier.
