I redeemed a 60 day time card after my subscription ran out but I haven't received any cartel coins yet, it's been about a week and I'm getting tired of hearing the same canned response from a protocol droid and having my tickets closed without resolution, what is going on?

You have to call and ask for Account and Billing.

I know, it takes forever. You decide what is better: 2-3 hrs on the phone or weeks and then closed with a form letter that they are looking into it.
It's amazing how loud a dollar can be.
