that bit that is bold is completely false!!!! if you actually beleave that then you are a complete idiot!!! they had to rebuild the old world completely!!!! not just change a couple of textures but rip out the old and start from scratch and rebuild it!!!

and where did you get that there is a new species of alien?? its jut going to be same crap we see on all the other words same NPCs same droids same critters just moved to a new planet much like all the other planets in this game

Then they shouldn't have a Pre-Order offer lasting only 3 weeks or so, with the info coming between the New Year and the Spring release.

That is a blatant cash grab for the holidays, playing the base like they are Apple sheep waiting in line for the barest upgrade.

The new race is possible the Cathar which was mention when they first talk about this planet and the new levels. Though they were not mention specificallly in this announcements it is very possible the Cathars are going to be relesed with this expansion.

Its difficult to judge, given we know so little, but I just downloaded a patch for need for speed most wanted , that added a store , and a pack of 5 extra cars in that costs £7.99 , the expansion for this is £5.99 , so its certainly not as bad as it could have been.

Would i rather it were free? Of course, I'm not insane, but the price of a couple of beers isnt much, 45 - 50 takes a few days if you dont blow through it, 50-55 will probably be longer the first time, I'm assuming there will be some heroics, dailies , flashpoints and operations there too , but we will see.

Wel as i said teh price is okay .. if they add an expansion every 6 months by that price.. it is still fair... there is work behind this game.. like voice acting and so on....not speaking of coding and modeling...

8 € for the expansion, meh i'll bite, its much less then other expansions (but offcourse u get less, but still)

Many are happy its $10 for new level (more quest), 1 planet and other stuff NOT MENTIONED YET.

If those other games are so free and great why are you here?

Also, at E3, they clearly stated that Makeb was the biggest non-expansion piece of content that would ever be released (the big selling point being it was supposed to be free).

And to people saying 'omg, it's so cheap. We have to support the game!' I'm pretty sure my monthly sub is supposed to go to supporting the game, the server upkeep, dev salaries, voice acting for future content, etc. And on top of that there's now the Cartel Market which they are most likely making bank on. Charging me twice is a big no-no.
