You think that Bioware should not hire/train better CS agents? I mean, if you're happy with what you're getting, then heck, why should Bioware do anything else? Let's take this a step further: Bioware, STOP giving me Cartel Coins every month because subscribers don't deserve them.

This game is great right now, there's no need to keep making it better for players. Apparently, wanting more from a company that we are all willingly paying $15/month to is entitlement. I'm not asking them to give me end game gear, I'm not asking them to give me something to get over on other players, I'm asking them to give me something to show that I've supported their game for a varied amount of time.

Maybe you should read you're own signature, Grayseven. Stop being ignorant.
Free fluff does not a better game make. No part of this conversation had anything to do with new WZ/FP/Ops. It is a comment solely on any sort of Veteran rewards system which is not only unnecessary but a waste of resources that can be better used for the community as a whole instead of a handful of people who think they are special just because they've made it through a year of playing a game.

Your ignorance shines through in your childish attempt to make my comments about one lone and unnecessary aspect of a game encompass other things in the game that should be focused on. You, sir, personify exactly what my signature stands for. Congratulations, you lose the internet.

There is great humor, perhaps even irony, in feeling entitled to voicing your opinion that others are acting entitled.

However, it is not being wrapped in entitlement to express disappointment in a serious lapse in public relations judgment when a large company swerves off the norm in terms of themed celebrations. There is a standard practice in the online gaming industry for holidays and anniversaries to be met with small gifts of cute, non-essential value. Themed pets, toys, maybe a title or two. To deviate from the norm and place all the themed holiday items on a money costing shop, during the holiday season known primarily for GIVING, is going to be seen as disrespectful (desperate cash grab) and met with disdain.

So if a game does the same thing every other game does it's stale and unimaginative but if it doesn't do the same thing as every other game does its swerving from the norm?

The "norm" is that most games don't start with any sort of longevity rewards and that longevity systems tend to crop up around year 2 or 3 when gaming companies are looking to entice players to stay or return. Themed celebrations are whatever a game company decides they will be, not some nebulous "norm". Different companies, different ways of doing themed celebrations. Seeing that Bioware has already had 2 separate themed celebrations that rewarded items and titles for participation, you have no basis to complain. Unless of course you believe that every holiday in the world should be met with freebie fluff in which case you are, indeed, very much acting entitled.

They said "no christmas or real life event", and yet, they added one. For $. I don't really care if we have real life event or not. That's not the point at all.
We are just saying an event only available through cash shop and $ is a shame. It's insulting.

I'm subbed. I'm expecting to have everything for free. Why ? Because I'm paying each month ! Sometimes I feel like Cpt Obvious, but it seems some people fail to understand.

Real Star Wars space combat please, not Star Wars Fox! Maybe some PvP and flight too?

no 1 year anniversary event - but we can buy a holiday themed "event" pack of items for the meager price of $20?
Why would I pay to celebrate that?

8 months with nothing added to the CE or security key venders - but we're getting rekins in the CC almost every other week? Don't tell me that they were lacking the manpower before.

This is just bad business- you take care of your loyal customers - not try to wring an extra $20 out of them 2 weeks before Christmas with a "limited time only" offer. This is complete crap.

So you are sad that you didn't get a "cute" toy from Santa Bioware? I really feel for you. Maybe you can ask your mommy to get you one?

There is a Santa Mount from Bioware EA, but it's $18 per character.

Maybe everyone who is complaining, will have there mommy buy it for them. That way they can still have that entitled feeling. I can't think of any adult that would complain about not getting a "santa mount" for free.
