removal of security key help

I recently switched from an iphone to an android one.
realized the security feature is not support on my android phone.
tried calling all the given numbers for customer support in Singapore.
Number not in all I heard

pls help

To call our phone support from Singapore please dial 00X 800 0246 9273 (00X 8000 BIOWARE), replacing the X by your telephone carrier specific to your country.

You can also use VoIP software and dial 1-855-GOSWTOR (1-855-467-9867).

Enjoy the 7 hour wait in the queue...

How is it we can add it via the account section and wallah our account is secure. But when it comes time to remove/update it we have to call and sit on hold for hours.

Only time I think we should have to call in is if we cannot login and authenticate with a key on the account for secure verification reasons.

I did try both methods as from the FAQ. the voip doesn't connect.
and the landline states number not in use.

can't u guys just verify my identity with the security questions? 5 of them??

I just wanna remove the security key feature so that I can play.

If not, I'll just terminate my account

If your trying to call with Skype you need to change the country to America before it will let you make the call. You should then be able to use this to call the support line.

For security reasons you can only remove the key by calling our support team.

Hey, sorry for the bump.

I have the same problem, except I'm changing to another Android phone. Is there no way to simply transfer the data somehow?

I would like to avoid phone calls, if possible.
