Thanks for responding. Am just glad there actually is someone looking into my issue It was 4 days ago, on 27th Dec.

Is there a lead time for the subscription to be synchronised? If so, could you let me know how long it will take? Also, the paid subscription time i've lost, will it be credited? Because my account shows that my subscription time is being utilised.

This is still an issue. My account resubbed today, but is not receiving any sub benefits. Likewise, my wife's account has the same issue. Also resubbed today.
