Which Router Settings should I have for SWTOR port range triggering on the Lynksys E4200 v2 router?

If are not set it to disable outgoing connections you don't need this at all, game client is creating outgoing connections, you have not incoming ones without client request.
Router standard behavior is to allow any outgoing and requested incoming.
Those ports are needed if you host game server (Counter strike / Quake & so on).
