Hello!

I have made alot of alts and deleted them due to lack of interest in the story. But I got really interested in the Imperial Agent and accidentally deleted him with the others. I can make another one but I have some valuable items in that character's cargo hold! And he is equipped with the new cartel market sniper rifle i bought for 600k!

My character restoration ticket number is: 6995057.

Character name: Forty'seven
Class: Imperial Agent/ Sniper
Character level: 11
Deleted time: I don't remember the exact time but it was within the 18th and 23rd of November.
Server: The Progenitor

I hope my matter will be resolved soon!

I had to delete characters because I wanted to try out the game f2p before resubbing I deleted my 35 imperial agent. I was impressed with how much better the game is now and resubbed. I've been waiting almost a week and I really want that character back any help would be great

Bioware skipped mine then I submitted it on the 14th and only have an email saying they will do it .

Open my ticket on the 15th of November, two days later I received response that restoration was possible and they would as soon as possible, It's been 15 days without any news of customer service.

I'm a pretty patient person but I am considering canceling my subscription.
