You might have a little (important) different problem. Most in this (including op) thread had the bug where in the middle of subscription period (no billing or any other changes) person drops temporarily to f2p status. Relogging usually fixed the status problem, but there was loss of skill and such.

And I think this should be fixed already.

Posting this for a friend of mine because he cant reply the forum message:

I'm a subscriber and my subscription has ended 6 February 2013. I've bought Game Time code on Origin.com and redeemed it 4 days ago, but it didnít add to my account. And there are no game time code redeemed In the Code redemption history of my account. When I'm logging in game I see a message which tells that I'm a Prefered Status player. When I'm trying to redeem code again it says "You already have the game and items associated with this Product Registration Code".

I am experiencing the same problem right now.. Everything is right outside the game, but still F2P inside the game :/

I have been a free-to-play gamer. When i subscribed for a 60 day run it was registered with cartel coins and everything on my account on the website, but my account in the game still says that I am free-to-play. So nothing has changed there

From what I can tell my other characters are fine. The character with the problem is the character I last played on when I wasn't subscribed.

This is not on, if I subscribe I expect to be able to play as a full subscriber immediately.

This still isn't fixed. I issued a ticket in game only to be told to phone customer services. I can't use VoIP and I don't see why I should have to call customer services when this whole thing shouldn't even happen in the first place.

If free to play to subscription can't even be dealt with properly there shouldn't be free to play.
