I am having two issues:
Error 1: "There is currently no active subscription on this account". (I have a subscription)
When the above error does not appear I get a new error when trying to access the servers:
Error 2: "Error 3001 This account is not authorized to our servers. Please follow the help Center Link below for more information."

I have the same problem as the OP.

I tried relogging in about 5 times over the course of several hours. Still no good.

My friend is having the same problem not allowing hin to log in to the game asking for subscription and he can't post anything in forums showing a message the he don't have permission. His account is: CoreyHeretic

These accounts can't be resolved in the same way.

As I suggested to Rinski, I would advise the account holder to call our Account & Billing team. You can find the numbers here.

I am having the same issue with my account after purchasing a subscription after playing ftp. Please help cant seem to get ahold of anybody on the phone
