This is ridiculous

First you short me my Cartel Coins as you can see here:

I reported this on the 15th. It has still not been fixed or even responded to. Today I log in and my in game tickets have responses. However the response simply said "SWTOR has Responded via E-mail". So I go check my e-mail account and NOTHING. I had patience enough to wait a week, but falsely responding to tickets is the last straw. You could have simply gave an update saying you are looking in to it. I have no choice but to cancel both of my accounts and not look back. If you have a desire to keep a long term customer you will respond to this error on your part in an appropriate manner.

Well you fixed some of it, but you forgot to change the actual balance!
