To add to this I am posting for a player who has tried to resubscribe with paypal and credit card but having issues. Even though paypal account and credit card fine. Link to post below.

I too have had the same issue that I can now log in but have no access to subscription features

I have opened online tickets only to be referred to the phone service which I have called 3 times. The first time I was disconnected after holding for over 2 hours. The second time I was told there was nothing the service person could do and that I should just call back (I was given no recourse to escalate and when asked to speak to a supervisor I was disconnected), the Third time I was able to escalate and was given a ticket number (Ticket Number 6849545) but again was disconnected when transferred to the upper support. At this point I have been charged and am extremely frustrated as I am being given no choice to repair or even contest this issue. I feel as though I have exhausted all options to get support from the team.

Same problem. I subscribed two days ago, november 16 at approximately 14h50 eastern time. Now my account says I have 28 days remaining, but when I try to loggin, its says no subscription on account. I can play with a preferred status though since I bought a cartel coin pack. Please help, account PRIMESA. Thx

Have the same problem. Also wondering why the last letter in my address keeps getting turned in to a * after I click save...
