My brother is having this issue as well.
His account name is Colyum, he also does not have forum post privileges for some reason.

Sadly for this to work phone support would have to answer which in my case after 2 hours of trying they just didnt.

Yeah, I just had the same problem, I haven't even had a chance to play the game yet. So....

I subbed maybe 5 minutes ago. Cant be sure, it's 16.03 here.

What do?

Had all the security questions filled in and such, have you figured out what the problem was?
