Been a subscriber for about a month. The cartel coins section of my account states that “You will be granted 500 Complimentary Cartel Coins at the launch of the Free-to-Play option.”

These have yet to materialise, my cartel coins balance has been 0 since the patch launched. Any help in rectifying this would been much appreciated. I would quite like to get spending

I subscribed earlier this week and the Cartel Coins page of my account says I should receive 500, but I have none as of yet either.

This was a post by customer service on another post with the same problem.
My brother is also experiencing the same problem, I wish they'd at least address the issue in some way, such as through Twitter or Facebook.
