I'm posting on behalf of my wife again. After another hour on hold last night, she finally reached someone who told her that he didn't have access to any of her account details and couldn't help her. He gave her a ticket number and assured her that someone with higher authority would call back within 24 hours. He even gave her an approximate time during the afternoon when she should expect the call. Fast forward to tonight and still no phone call. It has been 3 nights with no access to her subscriber benefits. We are both trying to be patient but are getting increasingly frustrated. Any help getting this expedited would be appreciated.

Hey my brother cant login to the game saying he needs a subscription he bought the game at launch and played it, now he wants to join again but he cant, his account name is "Arcados" any help would be greatly appriciated.
