Guys and girls, lets all be honest, WHEN have Bioware EVER done something quickly?? I think that answers most peoples questions....

Well now it's to the point they had better be offering up some more free coins when they finally fix this. Otherwise they truly don't care about any of us. They are just riding the coattails of the Star Wars name and running it into the ground.

Makes me wonder what drives them, obviously happy customers and money isn't it...

They'll either say sorry, its all a big mistake hope noones unhappy, or do what u said and give us free coins, eitherway, its still just a matter of time before something else happens like this and then we'll be ranting on again

i bought some the first day then couldnt again til yesterday and got the error message. its clearly due to the amount of traffic theyre having cos IT FINALLY WORKED after i got the error then hit the back button, then clicked "place order" again, then repeated it over and over. took like an hour but i got 3 packs during that time. it only charged me for the packs that showed up in my log on the "return" page.
just keep trying and youll get thru. hope they fix this so its easier asap tho !

If they dont fix this by next Tuesday, I am going to call Customer Service, then I am going to email them, after that I am going to submit about 10 tickets in game. And if I dont get a good response from them, I will do it again. They really need to fix this. Is Bioware/EA trying to make even more people un-sub. I am going to stick with TOR till the end but I dont know about some people... And someone mentioned earlier that with every patch Bioware seems to break something, well, honestly, it sure does seem like they are doing that. Come on Bioware, fix your bugs, get more people to test, etc. You guys need to come up with a better plan.

Okay, day 3 of not working. Getting irritating. Heh...
In 3 days, I've managed to sneak 2 packs in amid about 600-1,000 failed efforts.. Don't want to think what HSBC would say if BioWare tried to charge me for all 1,000 :P
