I've now been unable to buy coins since xmas so 6 days and it's beginning to REALLY PISS ME OFF!!!! Same error NU2001!! Anyone know a fix then PLEASE let us all know. Thanks.

Only if I wanted the lockout thing removed forever. I didn't want to give any photo ID, so still a chance to get locked out if I hit the strange unknown limit. But so far everything looks fine.

I talked to these guys today to try and sort out this same issue, and I was told that the only option I had was to submit photo ID, which there is no way I will ever agree to, and that this was a universal policy for anyone with this particular error code. I certainly wasn't given any option for a temporary unlock. All I want is the expac purchase so a temp fix would be all I needed, so I would have jumped at that if they had given me the choice.

Well, my problem wasn't just I was unable to buy coins, but I had followed the advice from a forum support to remove my CC info and add it again. Whereafter I was unable to enter my details again. And he then entered them manually.

So to fix this problem most people have to: 1.Call them.. probably mutliple times and then wait a long time to get hold of the right person. 2. Send them personal ID. All this just to play a game? and for an issue thats entirely on their end..this whole thing is starting to feel like a really bad joke.
