Unable to buy more Cartel Coins

Not figured it out yet? all they care about is money......funny enough, they haven't got this fixed yet, cause they have lost like over £800 worth of coins i would have bought by now, i think EA and bioware need to go to business school or something, cause they surely don't know their priorities at all.

Looking around the web for the error code it gives, it seems that its present on all EA games. Maybe its all on EA side and not BioWare. At the end of the day its money that they are missing on. I would love to know if you can pay for coins and subs with gift cards... or better yet , where to find them since my local Gamestop doesn't have any .

This is quite a silly statement, because if they did care about the money, the problem would of been fixed in 5 seconds, as leaving this problem is denying them cash.
But, its quite possible that the bean counters at the top do not even know about this problem, because I find it hard to believe that any company would be happy to let a problem like this linger, when its directly affecting their bottom line.

After selecting the amount of cartel coins you want to buy, and proceed to check out you have an option to pay with your EA balance. You can add to that by using the EA game/gift cards. They go by 20's. I have a stack of those cards atm -.- lol

I would hope that someone of higher level other than the customer service team is aware this issue exists. But then again, it's fairly obvious that the communication within BioWware is poor. Case in point: A phone support agent asks you to remove and re-add your billing information as a resolution for this type of issue while a Forum moderator states that BioWare advises against such an action...

This is getting insane, I can't buy the expansion or any coins as i keep getting this NU2001 error code thing .

Surely they know this will be costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars / pounds over a holiday period with people wanting to buy themselves a gift, or spending xmas money etc.

Also the Expansion has to be pre-ordered by a certain date (soon approaching) to get the benefits etc.

Come on guys sort this out. I mean come on, 23 thread with over 2.5k posts on the same issue.

Ya I'm having the same problem too , and I don't really want to pay for another phone call to customer support because of a problem on their end and I don't think anyone else should have to either =/

I would of expected that by now Bioware/EA would have at least acknowledged they'd have this problem and tell us they're working on it considering how many people are having this problem..

Heck I even tried using paypal and set up Paypal to just pay for this and so far it is not working.
