Unable to buy more Cartel Coins

well finally able to buy the expansion (at this point not sure why i would with all the problems) but still no luck on buying cartel coins. i do get the new error now. i have done everything suggested to me on the forums and from the email i got from the automated droid. i sat on hold TWICE this week for 3 hours each time just to be hung up on. all i want is an explanation to what is really the problem from someone that works for BW/EA .... come onto the forums and respond to this thread for crying out loud.

If it were a virus, and our information had, even the slightest, chance of being farmed, then they'd have a legal obligation to tell us. If they didn't they'd be libal in both criminal and civil court. So, I doubt it's a virus. The lawyers at EA would've made them say something by now.

If it is, however, I virus, then lawyer up people. Class action. We'll own this game, by this time next year.

This **** is getting EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!
I had the problem for two weeks, then i got some tips on how to fix it.
Yay! it worked... for 2 days. Now im unable to again, and i cant even reenter my credit card.
Not even PayPal. What the **** are they doing about it i wunder... this pisses so many players off that they might even quit playing... this is prio number one and should've already been solved!!!

Typical!! The problem isn't fixed. Over 2 weeks for me that this **** has been happening. It would be damn nice if SOMEONE who works for this company would acknowledge the problem instead of ignoring this issue. I thought Blizzard CS was bad, but this one tops it 10 fold.

My tickets have all been closed with no response from CS. They don't want to do their job obviously. They must have the FINEST idiots working there.

I swear they must have only ONE person running the entire company. Either that, or they've employed a bunch of monkies to run the company. I cannot BELIEVE that after 158 pages of people posting, no one is even bothering to acknowledge us and give us SOME sort of a response. I just renewed my sub after leaving in April of last year but the way things are going, it is VERY unlikely i will be renewing my sub any time soon once it runs out, if EVER. I've had enough of this crap.

Bioware won't fix this problem until Mekab patch, they think that alone will make you guy's come back to the game HOHOHOHO, MERRY XMAS

They'll fix the problem and then you guy's come back and resub! that's what's goin on in their mind's. So what if all of you guy's quit! they will come back again next year!!

In the end bioware / EA call the shots, no amount of whining and B|tching will matter, we're just a credit card number to them, NOTHING more, NOTHING less. You can post 100000000 time's and not matter, NOT A DAMN THING.

Hey didn't some Bioware dude post something about THE IMPORTANCE OF PLAYER FEEBACK wow what a piece of BULLSH|T from that guy.

Came back from a long break from swtor. Got so excited about the stuff in the cartel market, buy cartel coins............buy lots more cartel coins.............goto buy even MORE cartel coins and BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM "you done broke our game".

Seriously you can see how large this thread is.
INDICATES A PRETTY LARGE PROBLEM.

Like we haven't given you enough money to fix this problem, you need to spend money to make money ea/bio PAY SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I am

Well I'm afraid that there are 1000's of players having same issue. the problem is there is no solution in site. I spent 2 and a half hrs on the phone with customer service today most of it on hold waiting to speak to someone. bottom line is this. talked to rep got no solution but loads of questions. asked for supervisor got no solution but more questions which she noted my account so she could switch me to billing people. Waited another hour (no kidding) then gave him my reference number that they gave me so i wouldn't have to answer the same questions again. the Gentleman could not fix my problem. He then requested I send him my personal bank information ( by the way i used bank card and 3 different credit cards ). He stated they need the information so they can get with the bank to find our where they are having the problem. I told him that they are never going to get that information and it was not just happening with my bank card. Also told him 1000's of other people having same issue. oh I forgot that they said there is a cap of how many transactions you can do in a 24hr period, then your supposed to wait 24hrs. Well i did that and also took my cards off and put them back on at their request which didn't work either. well i told him my subscription renews in May 2013 and if it does not renew i would not be playing or paying for this game anymore. I am going to wait 48 hrs then try to purchase again. oh i was trying to get the pre-order before the jan 7th deadline but if it doesn't work then I will not be upgraded anything. So if your having this same issue don't bother calling them. its a waste of 3hrs. Good luck
