ive been on hold for 30 minutes,this is the 5th call,and the 4th email all resulting in ''the issue has been addressed'' I have never been so mistreated by a business in my life

I'm posting here since this is the first thread on the subject I saw.

I got a reply back from a ticket with a generic copy/paste response saying to submit a new ticket if my amount of coins is wrong.

My account info still says "You will be granted 500 Complimentary Cartel Coins at the launch of the Free-to-Play option. "

I'm tempted to remove my payment information, but I figure that would just be used as an excuse for the missing coins even though it was active and I had a retail copy of the game registered when the change over happened. Thankfully it doesn't renew for another couple weeks so I have a bit of time to wait it out.

Okay, I've contacted Customer Service TWICE now about this issue, with no response either time. It still says 0, this is getting very frustrating.
