I called you guys over 6 times and was on hold for 1-2 hours each time between the dates of the 15-19th of December.

My security question/ answer stopped working at "Where was your first job..." I know for a fact what the answer is. Atlanta, you can't mess that up, plus it worked for me before. I sent in a dozen tickets and emailed you guys, but was provided with zero help.

I finally got an email back last night telling me to call customer service. Wow you think? In each ticket and email I informed of how many times I called and the ridiculous hold times.

So your latest response? Create a new account. Well this is my new account, and guess what? I still can't play.

BTW I tried resetting my password a dozen times and I waited five minutes like the instructions say.
