What promts the final line of dialogue?

I've seen what happens at the end of the Jedi Consular story where the Consular addresses the REpublic Senate. And I've noticed that I've seen three different versions of the line that your companion says after you're done. For me it was Qyzen saying "Future is yours again, Herald."

But I've also noticed other versions with Nadia and Felix saying that they should get back out there. What triggers each one? Is it romance options?

Who's Felix?
'Pre-2.0 PvP... The gear gap was too big and some players became non-contributors quickly because of the gear gap. It wasn’t fun for the majority of players' - Alex Modny

Isn't the choice of Companion that rules who speaks ?

That can't be it, I'm pretty sure I had Nadia selected but Qyzen was the one who spoke up from the crowd for a final time.
