November 15 has meaning for old SWG players, the NGE. Rather ironic that f2p is coming on this date.
The Kusannagi Legacy (Major Mottokko - Vanguard; Master Smurfete - Jedi Sentinel; Captain Comicos - Gunslinger; Master Aelya - Jedi Sage; Revvi - Level 50 GS; Tophh - Level 47 Shadow; Killdaemperor - Level 50 SA, Sayia - Level 36 Guardian, Sumwon - Scoundrel, Vvette - Juggernaut, Kalyo - Operative, Mmako - Powertech)

The first post clearly says everywhere SWtOR is available, so yes. :P

I really, really hope this goes well... Seems a bit too early to be releasing it to me, to be honest, but that's not my decision. I just hope F2P goes live with as few problems as possible, otherwise you'll get the wah wah whiners (you know, the ones ranting and raving about getting such-and-such out ""NOW NOW NOW WHY ISN'T IT OUT NOW YOU STINK" etc.) who will then complain about bugs, how it was released too early ("BUT WE WANTED IT NOW OMG"), and so on.

I won't even bother mentioning all the MMOs that didn't have nearly as many free content patches in their first year...

"....This release will be simultaneous across all of the territories and countries The Old Republic™ is available...."

It means that zone restriction still up?

(really we need a new "marketing genius" to bring more subs)
Yes i know i can be vocal on the forums but thats only because i'm a die hard STAR WARS fan and want to see the game improve.I want the STAR WARS experience nothing more. Btw my english grammar is good enough, the day you can write anything in my native language then you can mouth off

I believe it was mentioned somewhere that 1.5 is part of the F2P release.

Also, any word on what Cartel Coins will cost to purchase?

If this is happening and we get cartel points does the substitution for whoever bought star wars will be cancelled automatically.

It might be implied. After all, we have been waiting about 6 weeks.
