Did our stealth get ninja nerfed?

Hi i was on my concealment opereative and noticed that my speed while stealthed was only 85% when it should be 100% with 3 points in infiltrator, was wondering if anyone else noticed the speed was slower even with the 3 points in infiltrator. Thanks.

Always been this way. Infiltrator makes you faster overall but you are still a bit slower in stealth than out. You can test it by refunding all of your skill points. You really crawl along in stealth without infiltrator.

Movement speed buffs don't stack, you won't notice it unless you don't have sprint on.

Oki thx for replying guys I actually sent in a ticket and they said it was a bug and put it through to the bugs department, it must have been just my toon.
