Last night was the first time I have done Denova since TFB came out and these Saturation Fire nameplates were spawning during the Kephess fight:

They kept on appearing and disappearing during the entire fight. Only one other person in the raid group said they saw them. What are these?

Saturation fire is the name of the attack from the Kephess Battlewalker. What you are seeing is its target area.
I don't care who you are. I don't care if you are male, or female, black, or white, gay, or straight, religious, or non-religious, old or young. I care about 3 things. Can you tank properly? Can you DPS properly? Can you heal properly?

Is that part of the nerf to SM Denova? I never saw it before the nerf.

It's a bug from 1.4,it wasn't supposed to be visible to players. And it doesn't do anything that affect the fight.
