We had Lorrick on 5% when the servers went offline... gonna have to do the whole thing all over again I suppose...

This exactly. Need a system message ingame say 15 minutes before shutdown and every few minutes leading to it

Yea... I suspect this was unplanned... and then planned after it happened.

And that's precisely how they had always done it in the past so I suspect in this case it was some kind of unanticipated error with the patch deployment. After all, the launcher message says that servers are supposed to remain online.

Twitter says it's "unscheduled maintenance, no ETA".
