Do you really think Bioware will ever admit when they screwed up? Won't happen. Just like they were supposed to bring in real beta testers, but never did. There's still issues in game that I'm guessing existed during the beta that the players that they brought in somehow failed to catch. Granted, it's all little things, but still something someone more professional would catch.

Department heads not communicating again it seems. We wont hear anything about the servers coming back up until......the servers actually do come back up I bet.

Was on the 3rd boss in LI HM, when a icon above my name came up saying immune to loggon. Gave me 10secs, and then boom server selection screen. Why..
