I read that Daniel Erickson has "left the building". Lead writer for swtor.

What's your thoughts? Could this be a good thing?

Considering the storylines have been subpar (particularly on the Republic side) I don't see this as a glaring negative. Up until TFB, even the Op storylines have been mediocore.

Probably wasn't down for writing product placement into the storylines after F2P. Either way it can't be a good thing if what you heard is true, since Story has been one of the true bright spots of this game so far.

Not that I doubt you, just curious if there is an article. This is bad news for anyone wanting some continuation for the 8 class stories.

The people that made BioWare are leaving, one and all it seams, leaving only the name to EA.

Any more stragglers?

I had already pointed out to CS that the interns were doing the dev work with 1.4. Guess I was right

Fresh blood, fresh perspective may not be a bad thing. The ability to write and do so well isn't limited to one person, or a handful of people.

Good luck to Daniel. I hope he lands something good soon.

This does not bode well for maintaining their schedule for new content in the near future.

I remember reading about this MONTHS ago.
"Never touch a Kel Dor's sammich."
"We're on a message board together. I'm already inclined to think you're a schmuck."
