No problem at all, now we have the info it's the most important

Regarding the issue it seems something is blocking the launcher. It is most likely an anti-virus or a Firewall. Please check the following steps and let us know if that helps.

Hey I have double checked my firewall and SWTOR is in the unblock list so It cant be that and its not being blocked by any anti virus software as far as I know. I'm still curious as to why it won't work. Do you have any other ideas based off that log?

Hi TheMaoriKinG,

Could you please post up your most recent reliability report. To do so:
  1. Open your Start menu and type "view reliability history" into the search box.
  2. Select the most recent swtor.exe failure, denoted by the red circle with the white X in it.
  3. Double-click the related Critical Event under Source.
  4. Please post the full information of the reliability history within spoiler tags

Hopefully this will prove useful.
