Weapon Damage or + Strength; Which Is More Important?

I've got a lvl 24 Sentinel, my first and only character.

Should I use a weapon with +15 strength or should I switch to one with 15 more min/max damage? I'm just not sure which would actually give me the most damage.

EDIT: Is this the right place to post this?

Not sure if it would truely matter at that level. The decision would be which weapon gives the better overall increases to secondary skills. As long as you don't loose out too much on other things like endurance or critical etc.

You're in the right place, just don't know how much help I can be....

Always weapon damage first, for any dps class.

Primary stats first for any other gear, except weapons.

That's not true. Always go for your main stat, always. Your main stat works as a multiplier to your damage, so a weapon with lower base stats will be increased by your main stat.
