Me and my guildmates have the same issue. We all also have Comcast.

I have charter, not comcast. And I have the same issue.

Charter has no bandwidth limits.

I get 30MB down and 4MB up on speedtest and speakeasy.

Same issue and with Comcast also. Its seems to be a Comcast issue.
