I do, modem/router/computer reboots have done nothing.

I have the EXACT same thing happening to me now. I've run traceroutes and have been pinging other major websites and my ping times are consistently 10-30 with no dropped packets, so I know the problem isn't on my end.

I use Comcast as well. As much as I hate to say it, I'm not so sure this is Comcasts problem.

Bioware, please help!

aye, I have done every known thing I could. Game has ran fine until today.

I thought it was my splitter, I even took that off and no success.

Ran Traceroute and ms is really low.

No issues with anything else at all.

Comcast - FL

Planet - Nar Shadaa

Server - Anchorhead

Same. Pennsylvania.

Also tweeted it to @SWTOR so hopefully they see it somewhere. Otherwise, people coming home from launch events on ComCast connections may be pissed.

yep same pa here too, routing seems messed up to the swtor servers for comcast customers.

My latency problems began right after I was booted from the server. Happened to 3 of my guildmates as well.

Same problem with Comcast in CT.

It was perfect for the first few days but now for some reason it's routing through Miami and back to VA. See traceroute - Bioware and Comcast network engineers need to sort this out ASAP. The games almost unplayable with the lag spikes to 700ms.

Tracing route to 159.153.64.34 over a maximum of 30 hops
