I have the EXACT same thing happening to me now. I've run traceroutes and have been pinging other major websites and my ping times are consistently 10-30 with no dropped packets, so I know the problem isn't on my end.

Bioware, please help!

Around 1 hr ago, I DCed from the game, and now have 400-1000 MS instead of my usual 30 ms.

Speedtests show 8 ms currently, and in WoW I get around 30 ms.

Comcast Minnesota, average 40 before, getting 250-5000 (!) now

speedtest and pingtest are showing normal speeds and ping outside swtor.

I think it's the servers. I have Comcast and have had lag today. But according to these tests my connection is fine.

Well, this is unplayable. Guess I'm just going to have to find something else to do for the rest of today. Hopefully the server maintenance will fix things up.
