nightmare lands server problem

ok i have tried to access my character on the server nightmare lands about 10 times now and every time i try the game crashes, i changed server and tried to log into on of my characters there and it worked, yet when i went back and tried again on NL it crashed.

Hello Kaisernick,

Iím sorry youíre having trouble accessing your characters on this particular server.
Could I ask you to try the following trouble shooting steps to try to resolve the problem?
First of all, please try to flush your DNS, instructions on how to do this are below:

1.First hold the windows key on your keyboard and press the R key.
2.When the run window appears type CMD into the box and press enter.
3.When the CMD window opens type ipconfig /flushdns.

When you have done this correctly, you should see the message "Successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache".
Afterwards, could you please try running the Fixlauncher?

To do this, please close the client and go to this location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\

Please run the FixLauncher.exe file in the above location.

Once this is complete, please start the Launcher again (please ensure that launcher.exe and swtor.exe have Administrator privileges) and run the Launcher Repair function.

After this has finished, please login again and try to load one of the problem characters.
