ya know for lead design adding a 2 minut CD to classes ment to stealth is ignorant and slopy. I'm guessing you're targeting that at PVP if so stop-just stop:
you said in a interview back in december that pvp was balanced and you were happy with it.-yet now 8 months later
assasins/shadows had there tanking spec "adjusted" and you want to nerf stealth with a 2minut cooldown (amung the changes)-
can you please explain to us why now?

Didn't one of the devs say pre launch that they wanted to avoid stun locking in pvp?
Also, I'm getting sick and tired of mmos 'balancing' around pvp. You destroy the pve side or overpower both by trying to tinker with both. You need to separate them...make it so you have a pvp only spec that activates whenever you engage in pvp or auto flips when you join a warzone...separate skills/dmg/effects etc and leave the pve skills to the pve. Yet another game ruined by pvp balancing.
I've been saying something simillar for a while now. Dragonsnest has seperate mechanics for PVP/PVE

I primarily use Overload in two situations in PvP.

1. I'm getting swarmed and stunned. Foes all around beating me and stunning me, I spam my Overload button til I break free of stun and can get it off. It gives me breathing room and a chance to survive. NOW, in the middle of a group of foes who are beating and stunning my ***, I will need to maneuver around, FACE them, and then hit Overload? The only GOOD news is I won't need to sit on another healer to give them room.

2. I'm running like hell with someone beating on my *** (I also do this in PVE). Now I'm going to have to turn around, run MORE SLOWLY backwards and blast them while I continue to take damage.

I stuck it out through the Sorc healing nerf; I'll stick it out through this, but damn, healing in PvP pre-50 is rare as hell already; I can't imagine what it will be like after this. (I can't speak much for 50 lately since I haven't been PvPing there the past month or two, but I know we lost quite a few in the "Great Sorc Nerf of 2012").
agre speeking as someone that' primarily heals in PVP the change to overload/forcewave in adation to how the changes to resolve sound bad (looking for the interview where bioware braged that PVP was balanced one of the designers said "oh yes it's balanced and slower than 'our compitions' PVP"

Huge hint has been given.

As for these changes :

- 10m isn't enough for the stuns... try a huttball with such a range and it'll be clear. If you don't want our toons to roast on this bbq, why is it here in the first place? And how the hell are we supposed to stop 2+ ennemies with just a grap? (I assume that if the ennemy team has made its path up to there, there aren't 8 of us ready to steal the ball or kill the carrier)
- maul 30% boost is freaking
- sorc/sages are being given stupidly powerful things for their overload/force wave nerf (I mean... the Force speed buff would be enough)
- I couldn't care less about a 30m interrupt skill on a ranged DPS or healer in the current pvp state (even for bomb planting interrupt, you'd better use any AoE you have in stock)

So, overall, these changes are just as bad as tankassin's back then. Reasons are good, changes are bad except 2 of them (Force speed and resolve).

Please do not make changes to classes based on PVP. Please reconsider making some of these class changes.

Polarity shift is in the Lightning DPS Spec...the spec THAT NOBODY USES in PVP. Great job there! It's only good for pve, and if you're with a competent tank you shouldn't be getting interrupted...so good job on a useless change.

I've played a sorc healer since launch, and pvp'd a hell of a lot. The only thing I actually do in this game anymore is heal for my guild in raids. The developers have killed the sorc class, and have therefore ruined the game for me. There continued inability to really seek class balance and actually listen to the community outside of the pvp baddies, has sealed the nail in the coffin.

I think there horrible. first of all range stunns and the aoe nock back were the only good things I had left as a soccer. The guys behind me that were hitting me were my targets. and I goes off way to slowly. Its says instant but the animation is so slow it takes .5 to .7 seconds to go off and half the time I die while the animation goes off after I cast it. A good marroder will kill me one on one in 5 seconds with out this nerf to me I got 19k hp and mostly war hero. I guess thats not fast enough. Unless I can cast that self heal while stunned and It does over 20K healing its useless. Thanks for making the Weakest class in PvP even weaker. You are the worst developent team in the world. You should be making new content and not nerfing people!
