Greetings banlungx,

The traceroute/pathping process is not getting past your router. Please turn it off for one minute and then back on. Once that is done please try the pathping again and post your results here.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Greetings banlungx,

Your router does not appear to be functioning. Please contact your Internet Provider for further assistance.

Once your router is functioning you will be much closer to playing.

Greetings banlungx and kichimaru,

There was a widespread connectivity issue recently and most Internet Providers have rerouted their traffic to avoid the issue while it is fixed. Your ISP may not be rerouting traffic to our servers yet.

To be sure of the best possible connection to Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ from your computer, we recommend that you set your router to allow connections across the following TCP ports and port ranges: 80, 8995, 12000-12999 and 20000-30000. For instructions on opening (or "forwarding") these ports on your router, we would suggest that you check the router manual or the manufacturer's website. Due to the huge variety of routers on the market, our Technical Support team cannot assist you with port forwarding queries.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
