OK, i tried to narrow it down to 3:

1. SGRA's. we were told at the guild summit that it would be added, and have not received any real news sense.
2. Character Customization both initial creation and post-creation(barber shop). the character creation options are very limited in this game.
3. Server transfers/more character slots: 16 total slots would be ideal (1 for each AC) because of the legacy system. and the ability to move our other characters scattered over other servers to be moved into our main legacy. not to mention friends that play the opposite faction and the like.

and here are some more. I said i tried..
4. Bulletin boards on the fleet: to post guild recruitment, events that other people are trying to organize, LFLP (looking for Leveling Partner(s), etc. IMO, this would help build the community.
5. Ship customization, both outside and inside. give a nice personal touch to each of our characters.
6. Space combat that is better than the one we have: see x-wing vs. TIE fighter
7. Space combat PvP. Epic.
8. A little more CC control in WZ's. it some times get ridiculous and seems like i am playing CC'TOR.
9. Someone posted a Solo PvP ranking, and i am casting my support for that.
10. More playable races: Bothan, Falleen, Zeltron (giggity), Voss, etc
11. More endgame content: more OPS, more HM FP's (like some of the SM FP's that don't have HM's,,,give them a HM), and maybe even NM FP's as well.
12. Guildships: but make anyone on their guildship also show up as being on the fleet for genchat purposes. that way the fleet doesn't have only 10 people on it. make the guild ships part of the fleet and you can either quick travel, use your ship, or use the interfleet transport (guild members and guests only).

1. Space Content! I mean Bioware style space content too, more than just minigames. An actual space-based narrative. Of course, this couldn't happen without a more free-roaming style of space game. Whether it takes on the skin of the Rogue Squadron series or the X-Wing series, I don't really care (I'm guessing the former would be more likely... as much as I'd love the latter).

2. Multiplayer and time attack (single player) swoop racing. Complete with swoop customization and stuff! Also Pzaac.

3. All future instances should be made like the Esseles and the Black Talon. These two events are the single best pieces of content in the entire game. They're group-friendly and tell self-contained extremely "Star Warsy" adventures. I had high hopes that all future flashpoints would be like them and was devestated to find out that most of the others are just like normal WoW instances, with a possible token moraity scene thrown in for giggles. Make flashpoints more like interactive stories. Give people a "spacebar mode" option on hard modes or something, but man... PLEASE put more role-playing heavy flashpoints in the game. PLEASE! I'm someone who hates doing dungeon runs for loot, but I love doing it for the story. High quality interactive story flashpoints are the most unique thing this game has going for it, and I'm sort of amazed that was sorta dropped after level 10. These were good enough to make me, who usually hates instances, love running them, instead.

I think I've beaten this last point into the ground enough now.

3b) This sorta ties into the narrative focus mentioned above. Make all future "class" stories groupable and interactive. I don't care if this means merging the 8 stories into only 2, for most things, but it would go miles for making the overall "game" story work. As it is, despite the fact that the real story is the Galactic Cold War, there's no overarching narrative to it. Fixing that for future story content would help the game regain focus and make it much more fun to group with people as you go through the story arcs. Planets should transition to one another naturally as opposed to having a bunch of completely unrelated world arcs. My one big gripe about the game's story is how every class is sorta off doing its own thing, which means that the world arcs just seem to be like an "Oh, since you're here, can you do _____ for me?" kinda thing. Given how world arc content dwarfs class story content, this doesn't do the narrative any favors. Make the world arcs the class story. Or rather, what I'm getting at here is ditch class stories in favor of faction stories. Having 3-act class intros was kinda cool, but I honestly feel like having two stories that are much more focused on planet-wide levels would go a long ways towards making this game better.

One of the big things I loved about Kotor was how each planet made sense. None of the quests felt out of place for what you were doing. This could be achieved in SWTOR too, but it requires ditching the schism-ing class stories in favor of focused faction stories that tie the worlds and their world arcs together.

So uh... I guess 3 should actually be referred to as Narrative Focus Enhancement (TM). And it should have probably been number one, actually. The other two things would be crazy fun, but this is what the core game needs going forward.

1. Hood up/down option they said they had coming which never came.
2. Fix clipping issue that causes big butt syndrome on JK finally, only been an issue since beta and instead of fixing it they make jokes about it in-game. I've never seen such a careless attitude towards bugs. Esp since they supposedly care about the game feeling iconic. /smh
3. Have end game gear that actually looks iconic. The jk BH gear is laughable.

I love how some are posting more than 3...c'mon people..lol..just clutters it up but whatever.

1. Companion Customization - let us "create" our own companion cust. kits...i.e. we can "purchase" a blank kit that allows us to open up the char creation screen and modify them to whatever we want...obviously you can't change race/gender but the rest would be allowable.

2. Appearance Tab - with orange gear I USED to be on the "we don't need it" side..but now..I think we do. There are a TON of cool looking armor/weapons that are green (even white) blue/etc...that are just wasted because orange is the way to go (esp end game so you can tweak the mods to your role) An Appearance tab would allow a great amount of variety in how our toons look and will make a lot of those wasted armors...not pointless. Even extend it to weapons like EQ2 does...the weapon has to match what you can use (you can't put a lightsaber on a commando for instance) this would allow (for instance) Commando's that don't like Assault Cannon's to put a Rifle in their weapon appearance slot so it appears as if they're using a rifle without losing key abilities or gimping dps.

3. Starship customization..at least give us the ability to modify the color schemes both inside and out...also giving us "color crystal" slot for our weapons so the ships guns fire can have it's color changed as well.

see how easy it was..of course there's more I'd like to see added/changed...but the thread only asked for 3..and I'm not selfish (and I can read)

1. I would like more guild options, Such as guild wars, Guild ships that can go from one planet to another with the permission of the guild leader/leaders and can also have very many different levels on their ship(bridge, docking bay, living qourters, mission area((make unuiqe missions for that guild and give them guild tokens for completeing it[make them at operation level] with the tokens you could make them use those to buy and upgrade things on their ships)). Also allowing each guild to use their ship to fight in the guild wars like in black talon and the other lvl 10 flashpoint. This would add more to guilds and make more reasons to join one. Also having uniuqe gear/clothing for guilds would be nice.

2. Change all the designs of every single pvp, pve, and space clothing. I think that each and every game should consist of easy on the eye equipment and gear. Adding pure black crystal light sabers would also be nice and re-adding the white lightsaber crystal as well. Deffinetly making a custom feature for changing the color of the gear would attract more users. When i said change the design i ment it litterly, like as in hold a contest where paying players can customize their own outfits for battlemaster/war hero/rakata/colemi(spelt it rong i think)/blackwhole gear and choose the best design of the bunch(let people vote on it of course)

3. Re-think about the way abilitys look. Right now I am not amazed by the current look of any of the abilitys. Such as CrushignDarkness, it is just a flash of black..... I mean at least make it trworl constantly around the player in flashes of red and purple. ForceLighting could also use some coloring in fact making an option to change the color of your abilitys would be awsome!!! The way bounty hunters heal could also use more logic..... In fact I don't see the point in making bounty hunters healers.... I think they should be strait dps and or tanking like the Jugernaut.(dont take healing from the cammando tho...) But make the dps and tanking better than the healing for cammando's wich could use a nerfing on the ridicualisly over powered gravity ray. Also changing up the look of vibro blades for the agent and others who use them would be nice....

I think that is all I had to say. I hope you take my comments serouis as I am a paying player and wish to be taken as such. I hope to see greate changes and not just small perky stuff that can be changed in a single maintnance. Thank you very much for considering us players and continue to make awsome games!!! I LOVE YOU KOTOR!!!!!!!!!!

In order of priority:

1. A radical change in the approach taken by Bioware when they update and develop the game. There is currently too much focus on new content. Its not that I don't think mini games and cosmetics and new flash points/warzones/operations won't be entertaining. But unfortunately, every hour spent developing them is an hour that could have otherwise be spent on fixing and refining the fundamentals of the game and the issues that surround them. The reason people quit isn't because they don't have enough flash points to play or that they can't play minigames, nor is it that the story or 'epicness' of the game is lacking (its great, at least the first time you play it!). They quit because the game lacks significant elements, or has failed to execute others, such as a functional and entertaining world pvp system, large server populations/communities, class balance, gear acquisition processes etc.
Furthermore, new players that begin playing the game do not need Bioware to produce new content, simply because the existing content is ALL new to them! Finally, upon announcing F2P, Bioware mentioned that a lot of players had said that the subscription fee was a large detractor and was partly why they quit. I would just like to point out, and I seriously hope Bioware are already aware of this:
If the game was the best game ever created, they would have NO qualms paying a subscription fee. The fee is only an issue because the game itself and the pleasure derived from it is not enough to justify the cost. Therefore, if you make the game better and better, people are more and more willing to pay any cost for it.

2. A larger PvP community. This could be done in many ways. The one people have mentioned a lot is cross server queuing, however this isn't necessarily good for a PvP community. Ideally you just want a bigger population of pvpers. Whether this is achieved through cross server queuing, free to play or some other plan I don't care whatsoever, as long as it happens, and happens soon.

3. A slight rebalancing of classes in pvp (its not as bad as everyone makes it out to be), as well as closer attention payed to the ratios (in terms of their signficance and contributions to outcomes) of gear:skill:team play as well as dps:healing:tanking.

1:A TRUE FORCE JUMP. Jedi only jumping yey 2 feet inthe air is silly and ridiculous.
2:more space exploration, new worlds both republic and imp
3:actual travel powers. like.. the bounty hunter should get a jet pack they can fly around with... as above, force jump maybe force speed for jedi... etc etc... the list goes on. mounts are goofy and rediculous. world of warcraft feeling, not star wars. speeders make sense, but calling up mounts that barely increase your speed, or only glide around the ground, in the movies? speeders could reach about fifteen feet in the air.
