Unfortunately, TOR's model (so far) looks more like AoC's model, which sucks horribly.
To their credit, Turbine has kept a steady flow up updates going for the game. If new content like quests were added to older zones, you would have to purchase them. On the off chance that you are claiming to lose access to actual SoA quests and zones that were not later added as premium content, then it sounds like a bug and a support ticket would be a good start. More likely though, it's just that content was later added to an older zone.

But they are saying you won't "purchase" something by subscribing, you'll simply have access too it. If you drop to a F2P you're back to "limited" access.

So say you subscribe and buy Makeb, then drop to F2P, going by what you are saying about this model you'd then only have limited access to Makeb content and the orginal core game content, unless you bought it again in the cashshop.
Real Star Wars space combat please, not Star Wars Fox! Maybe some PvP and flight too?

We're heading towards APB territory at an alarming speed.

This is how I thought it worked, if you had bought contents (or had content when the game went F2P) you kept that content.

I'm a lifetime sub in LOTRO so I've no idea how it works when you stop being a VIP.

But with SWTOR they are talking about limiting your content after you stop subbing, even to stuff you had full access to now.

That's not at all what I'm saying. You're over-thinking this, lol.

If you subscribe and buy Makeb, then drop to F2P, you'd still have full access to whatever content came with Makeb. Some restrictions that might come back are things like fewer character slots and bag space. Those have nothing to do with purchased content, like Makeb.

I don't care about the store, any longer , I don't care what they put in it, It will not effect the way I play the game at all, people are reading way to much into something that has not even came out yet, people get worked over the smallest things that have no direct effect on them, I don't care how others spend thier money, it is not my money to spend, once the f2p is released then you can decide if the model they offer is worth your time or not, until then get some rest take a nerve pill and chill..LOL
Do not dwell in the past, do not not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Expectations lead to suffering

I think what they meant by that is, currently, you have full access to everything in the game. Free players, when they start that program, will have more limited access, in terms of ops and hm's and warzones, etc.. If you stop subscribing, then you are a free player, thus are limited. That might mean that you would lose access to the previously mentioned items, but you never really paid for them in the first place. You are welcome to continue subscribing and none of this will matter.

You can try and argue that you paid $50 for the game, but the truth is it was never yours. Without an active subscription, the $50 purchase irrelevant.

But as you said, in LOTRO all the content you had access to as the game went F2P you still had access to as a F2P player.

Which isn't what is going to happen with SWTOR.

Yes, namely if you had access to Mines of Moria, it mean you had purchased the expansion. When it went F2P, you kept that access. They made the orginal game, Shadows of Angmar, free to everyone. There was no cross-faction PVP or hard modes and people were running those raids anymore because they were outdated.

TOR hasn't had an expansion yet, so you can't get grandfathered in with one.

At any rate, if you are so worried about losing access to content, just stay subscribed.
